End of Life or Palliative Care
We aim to enable residents to live as well as possible despite physical problems and pain by providing psychological, social and practical support as well as access to spiritual support if needed.
Moving a family member into a home for End of Life or Palliative Care can be a difficult decision for a family. But round-the-clock care can sometimes be difficult to manage at home and that’s why we provide compassionate end of life and palliative care that treats, comforts and supports individuals as well as their families and friends.
We aim to enable residents to live as well as possible despite physical problems and pain by providing psychological, social and practical support as well as access to spiritual support if needed. Our nurses are trained in pain management and symptom relief backed up with 24-hour GP cover if required.
